this series of residential buildings sits on the bank of Lake Turynsky. The form, materiality and layout of the buildings all follow directly from micro-climate and macro-climate specific analysis.

Located within easy walking distance of the Bund in Shanghai, ShenBaoGuan is a building of historical significance, which has been converted into a mixed use development comprising of restaurants on the lower floors, and boutique offices on the upper floors of a total of approximately 5,000m².

A modern luxury hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh’s vibrant BKK1 district, Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1 blends contemporary design with Cambodian culture.

This new-build condominium is located in the Turks and Caicos islands in the Caribbean. Built for the American market, the six story high building is a stones throw from the sea allowing for spectacular ocean views.
